Terms and conditions of services

• This agreement is between you “the driver” and bikeads for advertising services.

• The agreement is binding on both parties.

• Registration is a pre-requisite before advertising service can begin.

• Non-collection of ads will result in non-payment.

• Non-submission of photos of the bike containing the ads will result in non-payment.

• It is the duty of the driver to seek permission from the owner of the bike.

• Both the driver and bikeads can cancel the service with written notification.
